Mixing it up with Cranberries and Canned Gooseberries

I substituted the raisins with dried but apple juiced cranberries and the applesauce with 2 cups of briefly blended canned gooseberries. Then served with church raspberry jam and butter and cheese. Changed the cook time to 30 minutes before a knife came out clean. Most Excellent flavour and texture.
