enjoy this Canadian hot cereal. My husband first had it in a lodge fishing trip and loved it! The staff gave him a box when he left and we have been enjoying it ever since.
Only problem was securing the cereal after our store no longer carried it. Used Amazon as supplier but pricey. Now enjoying buying it directly from Arva.
We eat it as hot cereal and also in a 50-50 mix with rolled oats in overnight oats bowls with yogurt, soy milk, & fresh fruit. Really a great breakfast for our whole family.
