I started using this flour recently, its the best flour. My blood sugar doesn't spike after consuming it, which is not the case with other regular flours.
I have just starting to make my own sourdough bread ( and other sourdough recipes) and this flour is the only flour I will be using.
I'm new to Arva and the difference between their products and typical store bought flours is very unique. Not only the feel, colour, flavour but the smell! This is what delicious smells like!
This is the first sourdough bread recipe I've tried and it's amazing! The bread turned out perfect and tasted even better than it looked. The Arva recipe is easy to follow and the Emmer gives it a little something extra. It's my go to. I'm going to experiment with Emmer flour cookies next!
