 The Historic Arva Flour Mill, situated on the banks of Medway Creek in Arva Ontario (just north of London), has been in continuous operation for 207 YEARS. Our Purpose: We exist to strengthen Ontario's regional food system by sourcing heritage grains from local farmers and cold-milling them on the same Goldie & McCullough roller mills that have operated at Arva for over a century — producing flour that supports healthier eating, viable family farms, and a working piece of Canadian milling history. Everything we do flows from this. The grains we choose, the farmers we work with, the way we mill, the way we sell — it's all in service of keeping good food, good farming, and good craft alive in this corner of Ontario.
