We ship across Canada. At checkout you choose your shipping region and the cost is based on your order's total weight. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

• We ship daily, Monday to Friday. Occasionally an order may be delayed by 1–2 days.
• We ship to rural addresses. PO boxes can be shipped to by Canada Post only.
• Within Ontario our default carrier is Courier Plus. If you'd prefer Canada Post, tell us in the "Add note to Arva Admin" box in your cart.
• If your region isn't listed at checkout, contact us for a shipping quote.
• If an order's weight doesn't reflect the actual freight cost, we may decline to process it.

In-store pickup

You can choose in-store pickup at checkout and collect your order at the Mill Store, 2042 Elgin Street, Arva, ON N0M 1C0.

The shipping offer applies to the pack only. Any other items in the same order are charged shipping separately.

Shipping to the United States

The Red River Cereal 5 Pack is the only product we ship to the US. It's sold with shipping included. Because the United States ended its de minimis (duty-free low-value import) exemption, we no longer ship other products to US addresses. US customers can also see our US purchase options.

Returns

We can't accept returns on food items. Unopened non-food items can be returned within 30 days. If we made an error, we'll pay the return shipping. Refunds take about 4 weeks to process. See our full refund policy.
