JF Love that you offer a larger size, more freshly milled buckwheat flour than can typically be found in natural food stores. This is a much-loved flour for the sourdough pancakes and crepes I make on regular repeat.

Harvey C. I am a great fan of Buckwheat. We use it in breads, muffins, pancakes and several other baked goods. Your is a very good milled flour and makes delicious baked goods. Keep up the good work
