Favourite Flour for Bread
Halfway done our first order of the daisy hard white and it’s phenomenal. I’ve used it to replace bread flour in my bread maker and it turned out nicely. Also gave a nice flavour to pancakes and waffles. Will definitely order again. Interested to try the spelt flour next.

My very first order had to have been the most complicated for this company but they came through 100%.
I heard about them through an article in the globe and Mail, ordered immediately with excitement.
Unbeknownst to me, a friend, knowing I like to bake read the same article and ordered flour for me.
A surprise gift.
The surprise was ruined when I proudly proclaimed my new find.
Arva cancelled my order without any fuss and refunded the full amount.
Now, that is customer service. They even called to confirm.

As Good As It Gets
I received my first order and opened my delivery immediately.
I made the cereal the very next morning and it tasted like the same cereal I used to have so many years ago.
I found it looked like the same Red River Cereal I used in the past and remarked that it tasted a bit better than I remembered it!
It might be fresher than the grocery store’s product.
I have enjoyed it several times since and plan on reordering when I am down to my last bag!
I also plan to buy the Eincorn flour since I make pizzas weekly!
I will comment on that product when I complete the purchase and use of Arva Mills Eincorn flour.
I used to go to the USA for my Eincorn flour but now I see a Canadian supplier and would rather buy from them.
