A popular Pastry flour, the Imperial  Brand is renowned locally and nationally as the best artisan flour since the mid 1800’s!   We produce a true artisan flour, using our antique Goldie & McCulloch cold roller mills that transform our locally grown soft winter wheat into Imperial Pastry Flour.  Our roller mills do not produce the same heat as commercial mills thereby preserving more nutrients and enzymes through the milling process.  Imperial Flour is all natural with no preservatives, chemicals or bleaches added.

A low-protein flour designed for baking Biscuits, Bread, Cake, Cookies, Crepes, Cupcakes, Donuts, Muffins, & Pie Crusts.  Our Customers swear by our Flour!

Storage

All flour is perishable, and ours more so than store-bought flour, because we don't add enhancers or preservatives. Once opened, keep your flour in an airtight container. If you won't use it within 30 days of opening, move it to the fridge or freezer, where it stays fresh for up to a year. Whole flours keep less long than white flours, so they're best used sooner or chilled right away.
