I have been buying Arva's all purpose white flour for a while now and it is the BEST flour you can buy. I have tried all kinds from the stores, organic and so forth but they are not as delicious tasting as this flour. I bake my family's bread from scratch and all my family can taste the difference when I use Arva flour. Works super good with creating a sourdough starter as well. Super fresh and makes beautiful sandwich bread. I can't recommend this flour enough!

I wish there was some way to adequately describe the beautiful texture of the dough I made with this flour - it was wonderful, and the maple oat bread is divine. I am very much looking forward to whatever I make next with it.
It really helped that shipping was included. I must admit that when I got the bags I was nervous about how to keep them properly - that's a lot of flour and there's just the two of us - but I shared the second bag with a baking friend and so now we're both happy.
I've been spreading the word about Arva, especially since we're doing "the new NAFTA" [google it - buying Canadian] - good flour makes a *huge* difference.

I live in the Yukon and the bags of flour were delivered without shipping charges. I really appreciate that, given our distance from Ontario. The flour is excellent and makes great bread! I will be reordering from Arva!
