We use the hard white flour, sometimes with whole wheat added, for everything and it is perfect! Highly recommend. Delivery is always prompt as well!

This is the best flour we have found, makes excellent breads, buns, anything baked, excellent value and very reasonably priced for the quality, we dont bake with anything else (except their pastry flour)
