Sharon H. I use this flour to feed my sourdough. It is the BEST. The blend of other flours I use in the breads, sourdough or not, is Arva Einkorn and Arva Daisy Unbleached Hard. Loaves are consistent in excellent flavour and texture. Much appreciation extended to the Arva Mill for providing these nutritious and delicious flours and helping to preserve ancient grains.
