Thank goodness you've taken over Red River cereal! It's been a staple in our home for years, and when it was sold to Smuckers and vanished from the grocery shelves, it left a big hole in our breakfast plans. Now we're back on track and very happy about it.

This is a great flour for my white, whole wheat and multigrain loaves. It raises well and there's enough gluten to tighten the crumb when using Arva Flour Mills Red Fife white flour,which by itself tends to be a bit crumbly, especially when toasting. I think this will be my base flour from now on!

I've been reading about Red Fife flour and grains for some time, so decided to try Arva Flour Mills Red Fife white flour in bread making. The first 2.5 kg (trial) bag dissappeared quickly, as I am impressed with the almost nutty aroma and taste of the baked goods. While it doesn't rise quite as high as regular white bakers flour, it does lend added depth of taste to the loaf which regular white doesn't.

I've since incorporated the Red Fife white 2/5ths to 3/5ths bread flour which gives a higher rise plus retains the nice taste. I also re-ordered, but this time a 20lb bag!

I will continue to experiment with the Red Fife flour, also using Arva Flour Mills Daisy White in combination with Red River 7 grain cereal, amongst other formulas!

This makes excellent pancakes with little effort. Taste so good!
My elderly mother loves this mix and it easy for her to make. Add a little more milk if it is too thick.

I have tried 7-Grain cereal for my breakfast porridge for the first time and quite like it. I used the Red River Original cereal and Daisy white and whole wheat flours to make my version of "Gruel Bread" from the Tassajara Bread Book. Ordering online and getting delivery were smooth and troublefree.
I love the story of how a can-do Arva rescued Red River Cereal from a can't-do Smuckers.I am not often in the London area, but when I am I make a point of visiting the Arva store.

I love your Scotch Oats, Oatmeal and Red River Cereal. I have always been a fan of the Red River Cereal. However, your Scotch Oats deserves a high mark also - love the cereal.

I gussy up the cereal with some fruits and some other items but do like the porridge quality - if that is the right word - and like supporting Canada!!

Everything i have baked with with flour is light and rises so well. Very pleased.

My wife has enjoyed Red River Cereal for literally decades. It is THE go to cereal at the cottage in particular. And then it became difficult for a time to find RRC which made my wife quite sad. However, when I discovered you guys are on line and I could not only get a hoodie and T-shirt but also a complementary bag of cereal I jumped on it as a birthday gift. She is very happy with her gift. And we know what they say…
