I grew up with this cereal, and I’m so happy it’s available and the same as I remember it!

I made an apple crumble with this flour and was so happy how it turned out. Lovely flavour.

As someone with celiac disease, finding delicious cakes has long been hard! Found this while at the mill and have made it many times, to perfection! So tasty as a cake or muffins!

Ordered this a while ago, and got distracted by the Red River cereal I also ordered. This makes an awesome granola! No measuring, deciding, finding out you’re missing an ingredient. I added about a cup of sliced almonds, and a half cup each of oil and maple syrup, to three cups of this, and I am in heaven. I may never get around to eating it cooked, actually.

Excellent product

I wasn't sure if this flour would work for my Estonian kringel (celebration bread) which is a very brioche-like sweet bread. Turns out it has been the best flour I've ever used, for this and other breads/baking as well. I am 100% convinced to continue using this for all my baking. Thank you so much!
