This isn't just a good gluten-free carrot cake - it's the best carrot cake ever. I follow the directions and this makes an amazingly moist and flavourful cake. No one will tell/care it's missing gluten. Added some homemade cream cheese frosting and our guests ate the entire thing. Always keep some extras in the pantry for last minute hosting.

We’ve been very happy with the whole grain spelt flour we ordered from Arva. We have to eat a 100% whole grain diet (fortunately, we prefer eating this way so it wasn’t much of an adjustment), and prefer spelt to whole wheat, or a spelt/whole wheat blend.

Arva flour is delicious, and great to bake with. The spelt flour makes great batter breads, too. We were glad to find a Canadian company to buy from after our supermarket stopped carrying Roger’s flour, and we buy in bulk to save on shipping costs.
