Arva Red Fife Scone Mix - New!

Mixed the ingredients as per the package, came out very running. I had to add more flour, turned out like a thick pancake. But flavour was good.

This scone mix was delicious! It was easy to make and turned out very nice!

Loved making these. They didn't last long.

Mixing and baking instructions were easy. My friends preferred them to the bakery-bought ones I had purchased "just in case". Will order again so that I can try some of the variations.

I tried my first batch of scones and plan to add a few additions (cranberries, orange zest, lemon drizzle and walnuts) to my next batch. One thing I noticed: recommended oven temp of 325'F is not high enough. I raised the temp to 375'F in my gas convection oven to achieve the desired golden brown appearance.
