Glad we found ARVA Mills. My husband was being nostalgic during COVID and wanted his childhood Red River cereal. He was very disappointed when I told him that it was no longer made. Weeks later I read the CBC article about ARVA resurrecting the brand. I investigated, was impressed, bought the Red River cereal and we have been doing so now since then.

Accustomed to a US competitor's version, Arva's Cream of Whole Wheat is much creamier and purer, especially when cooked with milk instead of water. My proportion was exactly 1/2 cup of cereal to 2 cups of milk, perfect! I will only use Arva's from now on, it's the best I've tried.

I use these in so many things as they are handy in potato salads ,many different dishes. Especially in the summer. Experiment with them. They are great in pasta salads and hot pasta as well. Delicous. I really like them because they aren’t drenched in oil like May store bought ones

Ok. New favourite cookie . These are so good. I just made a batch and will never make my own oatmeal cookies again . For some reason the sprouted grains have more flavour . These are great energy boosters. You can get very creative. Add whatever you want

These lentils are more flavourful than most. They are very healthy and delicous in soups salads. Stews. Etc

I make seitan and decided to try this flour. It was amazing. Easy to work with and the taste is incredible. This is the only gluten flour I'll use from now on for my seitan.

I have gluten intolerance and had no issues with the bread I made with this flour. Make sure to research a bit before using as you need to adjust liquid and amount of Einkorn flour if you're using it as a substitute for regular flour. I love the nutty texture , it creates a more dense bread. Made a breakfast foccacia. Can't wait to try other recipes with it. Very impressed with the quality and happy to find this flour in my local province and support this business.

This is plain great Rye flour that feeds your sourdough starter beautifully or gives a nice taste and added fiber to a rustic bread.
*Tip: Add a spoonful of honey to the Rye dough mix for an incredible flavour and crust caramelization of your breads! :)
