This is plain great Rye flour that feeds your sourdough starter beautifully or gives a nice taste and added fiber to a rustic bread.

Thank goodness the best hot cereal ever is back for our breakfast enjoyment. I've been a Red River cereal fan since I was a toddler, and now again I can make it three or four days a week, with cinnamon and raisins.

I have excellent results with all the flours - they have made such a difference in the quality of my baking and breads. It’s wonderful to have access to ancient and artisanal flours that I cannot find where I live.

Love this cereal. Grew up on it and was saddened when it stopped being made. But It is much better now than it ever was. The cereal is just as tasty as the original. But now my money stays in Canada and that is a huge plus in my book.
