Red River cereal has been a favourite for most of my life. So glad that Arva is producing it. Wholesome, nutritious and tasty.

I ordered and tried the flour on a recommendation of a friend and so glad I did. Could not be more happy with it. The consistency and freshnesss is that I have ever baked with.

Arva Mills is the only source I have found for Einkorn flour. It is quite tolerable to gluten sensitive individuals and some diabetic friends have found it to be amazingly low on their glycemic (?) scale. It has a wonderful, rich and earthy taste...somewhat sweet. While baking your kitchen will smell a little like heaven.

We love Red River Cereal. I was so excited to see it available once again. We mix it in to our oatmeal. 1 part RR to 2 parts OM. Would recommend this product.

Actually i hope this does not get too much attention . These oatcakes are out of this world delicious. My brother in law and Irish wife recently arrived for a visit (they have lived in ireland for 45 years) and they were amazed a how delicious they were. This from a woman who considers herself an oatmeal expert in all forms.
